Its Japanese style blade edge is hand applied at a 15° angle for superior sharpness. With a plain edged, shorter blade, this knife is ideal for peeling, trimming and slicing fruits and vegetables. The handle is made from tactile DuPont™ and is ergonomically shaped for comfort, balance and to minimise fatigue.
